Vintage Gold Mules “Footwear Fashions Limited” Simpsons MCM

I’m having trouble finding words for these awesome little gems! I can see Mrs Robinson wearing these … I’m guessing these are from the 50s, 60s or 70s. Purchased from Simpsons for $6!! In the original box. 2” heels. Marked size 7 - 7.5. Considering their age, they are in very decent shape. Lots of little imperfections that I’m not going to list one by one. Please have a good look at the pics. They have padded footbeds, for some extra comfort. The footbeds show no signs of heavy use (looks like something was spilled in the right one, but no actual damage, just the stain). Soles are in great shape, again showing no very little signs of use. The original owner has “gold slippers” written on the box. IDK if these were originally meant to be used as slippers inside or not 🤷🏼‍♀️. I certainly wouldn’t hide them inside! Think cocktail and dinner parties!! Austin Powers, eat your heart out 😂 The front of the shoes have a base gold underlying fabric, with an incredible shiny gold metallic weave done on top of the base fabric. So amazing! The length of the footbed is approx 9.5” from tip to heel, measured along the footbed, not horizontally. But it’s a bit tricky to measure without an open toe.
