Vintage Gold Tone Doubled Link Rope Chain

This vintage necklace is made of a gold tone metal and has a fold over clasp. The links in this rope chain are doubled and have fantastic, smooth movement. The metal around the fold over clasp appears to spell "GG" and there is a "(C)" marked on the underside, but there is no further reference to maker. The necklace has some general wear but is in good condition overall. There is another similar chain listed by the same mystery maker.
