Vintage Gold Tone Mesh Coin Purse

Vintage Gold Tone Mesh Coin Purse. This beautiful coin purse is made of a chainmail style type mesh made popular around the 1950’s. The liner is a vibrant yellow fabric hand stitched to the mesh outer and stitched to the bottom of the purse to keep the lining in place. Has an accordion style opening and a bottle cap like stop featuring a rose. Comes on a gold tone chain strap. Purse is 10.5 cm long not including the opening, about 13.5 cm from top to bottom of purse. 9cm across the bottom and just over 2.5cm wide. Purse is in good condition; some wear to the hardware consistent with age. Some of the mesh rounds need to be reconnected as a corner has come unhooked, please keep this in mind. It does not affect use!
