Vintage Gold-filled Signed Brooch

This perfect vintage brooch has a stampmark of "adorna" along with GF and a symbol on the back of one of the leaves. There also seems to be a signature on the back of the stem beneath the pin part. I believe the stones are good quality rhinestones.
