Knit, green sweater dress. 3/4 sleeves and a cowl-like neck line. It is a Montreal brand, Trop Belle Pour Toi Boutique. Material is 95% Rayon, 5% Spandex. Pit-Pit: ~17" length: ~30" (shoulder down) Reposhing this item I purchased from @kaeella. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
