Vintage Green Linen Wrap around Skirt 28 inch waist

A=line vintage linen wrap around skirt. no fabric or care label attached but definitely feels like linen. Side pockets. there is a small mark on lower back area but very slight and circled in pics. in excellent condition. Please check the measurements in the pics. The size on the skirt is 12 but the waist measures 28 inch.
