Vintage Green crinoline petticoat FLAWED xs small medium

very flawed condition - holes in netting, some repaired but many are not. some white marks ( looks like paint- I haven't attempted to remove) looks to be home made it's not in great shape but it works well to add volume to your dress plus it's green as a bonus! great pop of colour! mini length elastic waist can be stretched to 20" ! I recommend for size xs - small - medium
