Vintage Grindley England Hercules Vitrified "Indian tree" Dish

This small dish, by Grindley, was made sometime in the 1940s. Since it says Hercules Vitrified, this means it was specifically made for restaurants/commercial use, as it is designed to withstand usage damage, versus what was sold for household use. There are only a few minor reddish/orange stains, which could possibly be embedded in the dish itself. Also, there are utensil marks and scratches from use.
