Hips measurements were taken at 7" and 10" This is a beautiful classic and timeless skirt, but its too small for me 😭 The ONLY flaw is a about 1cm vertical tear near the back slit. Would be really easy to fix and kind of the "best" place to have this flaw. Size 42
