Vintage Gucci Diana Bamboo tote handbag tan leather. This bag was first released in 1991. Bamboo was used as an alternative to minimize the amount of leather required to combat pricing and material shortages. It has since become a major signature of Gucci. When originally released, Princess Diana was spotted using it often! This bag is vintage and used but in good condition. Have a close look at photos for details. More available upon request (comment for more). Bag has been thoroughly cleaned and leather has been conditioned. It is being sold as is. The original interior material was known for deteriorating and becoming sticky, so it has been removed and cleaned. The interior material is now a clean soft fabric like finish. There are some imperfections (see photos), like piling, that happened because of the cleaning process.
