This pensive woman reading is strikingly beautiful! She is seated and wearing a pale pink dress with blue petticoat and pink shoes. Her hand-painted features are so delicate! She is reading, but perhaps thinking about something else? She is made in Italy by Guido Cacciapuoti,circa 1920's. Original paper tag on felt bottom. Measurements: 6" tall x 6 3/4" wide x 4 3/4" deep. Condition: There are a few flaws in this piece - please read and view photos carefully. ***There is a fleabite chip on her chin, back of hair, and two larger areas where the glaze has flaked off the ceramic - see photos.
