Vintage H. Bequet Trinket Box Anemone Pattern Floral Belgium

This gorgeous trinket box was made in Belgium The base is marked with the number 166 and there is a sticker on the top with the words Peint Mein,.and Anemone. This jewellery box was hand-painted in the pattern Anemone which is a raised floral pattern in rich colours with the background colour a vibrant teal. The HB stands for H. Bequet. This piece measures approximately 4 3/4 inches by 3 3/4 inches. This preowned piece does have signs of wear, especially on the sides, as would be expected due to age and use.
