Vintage Hand Blown & Cut Crystal Decanter Artist Signed 12" Large stopper Nice heavy glass weighing just over 4 lbs..(2 kg) Stopper itself weighs 1 lb 4 oz. -- 4 3/4" tall c 3" ball diameter... Decanter overall with top is 12" tall We think it's Waterford. but could be Royal Doulton It has a signature which is hard to read on the base..just gorgeous
