Vintage Hand Blown Italian Green Glass DecanterCarafe,Chamber Chiller & stopper

Beautiful condition. Italian hand blown green glass, wine decanter with unique ice chamber. Original cork wrapped in red raffia. Ends of raffia are a bit frayed. Tip of spout looks uneven. I thought it might be chipped but it’s smooth and I can’t see an obvious breaking point. It may just be the hand blown glass design because other images look very similar.
