Vintage Hand Carved Wood Nut Kiwi Bird Fugurine

vintage hand carved kiwi bird figure carved from a lightweight wood or maybe a large seed pod or nut it's been stained in a dark red / maroon colour I don't know how old this is, but I've owned it for well over 25 years in good vintage condition ~ there is some light scratching on the surface and a few tiny chips where you can see the lighter colour under the stain measures approx 1.5" tall, approx 1.5" wide
