Vintage Hand Made Smocked Dress

Here is a lovely little girls dress from the early 1960s. Hand made and smocked, it has puffed sleeves, a sailor collar and removable bow at the neck. The bottom button is missing and there is slight age discolouration along the top edge of the collar. The chest measures 12” across and stretches to 14”. The base of neck to the hem is 28”.
