Vintage Hand Painted Floral Porcelain Dish

Vintage Hand Painted Floral Porcelain Dish Cream/off white with a floral design, gold accents. I believe this is a hand painted piece because you can see brush marks in some flowers. Also the printing on the back seems hand made. Good condition- no chips or cracks that I could see, paint worn off in some spots but nothing major. Unmarked except for the numbers painted on the back of the plate which I presume are a manufacturing number of some sort. Would look super cute as a shelf decor or on a wall hanging plate rack!
