Vintage Handmade Fit and Flare Sundress, Navy Blue with Polkadots

This dress fastens in both the front and back; the button on the front is hidden by the bust (see photos). It's a bit wrinkled from storage but otherwise in excellent condition. Please note that this is a handmade dress; there is no loose stitching but it is a bit uneven in some spots, and the fabric isn't as perfectly cut as it would be by a machine. The size is *closest* to a US XS/S but again, as it is handmade I would recommend referring to the posted measurements. I am not sure of the fabric used but it feels closest to a cotton blend. Smoke free, cat-friendly home.
