Vintage (?) Handmade Floral Print Bell Sleeve Mini Dress

In very good used condition! I believe this is a vintage piece (due to the fabric, measurements, and style), but this can't be confirmed as there are no tags and it appears handmade. There are 2 areas (under the pits) where 2 small holes along the seam have appeared from wear. This can be easily repaired. There are no other visible flaws. Gorgeous orange and pink flower print all over. More of a v-neck with bell sleeves. Zips in the back to help you get in and out. *NOTE: please check the measurements on this piece! Since the material (feels like 100% cotton) has no stretch, you must have narrow enough shoulders to pass the waist measurement (if you're putting it on over your head), or narrow enough hips to pass the waist measurement if you step into the dress to put it on.* I would say best fits size small, but could potentially fit a medium.
