Vintage Handmade Full Length Dress size S (waist 13")

Vintage Handmade Full Length Dress size S. Bright orange dress with graphic full length skirt, in excellent vintage condition. Skirt has some lace detail and a slit up the front to about the knee. Has a belt which is held in place with a small button. It's not adjustable as is, so see measurements, and button is simple to alter. Zipper in the back to get on and off. It's in perfect condition. I'm too short for it or I'd keep it! Fits like a S, maybe a M for length and skirt waist: 13 bust 16.5 length 55 I can get more measurements just ask!
