Vintage Handmade Heavy Knit Coat Sweater Coatigan Seafoam Green Womens Small?

This pretty handknit sweater/coat is in very nice pre-owned condition!  No holes, minimal pilling.  I don't believe it is wool. No size tag therefor, please consider the following measurements before purchasing.  Thank you!
