Vintage Handmade Paisley Skirt Size Small

Preowned and good condition. Around 1992 a woman sold dresses in Ottawa's Byward Market. I wish I could remember the name of the shop - I only remember that it was a wordplay on the New York store Bergdorf's. My friends and I loved her clothes because of the unique designs and fabrics. The skirt is handmade and there are no tags. The fabric is some sort of synthetic. It is light and washes well, but I always wash in cold water and hang to dry. The colours are different shades of purple, pink, olive green and black. It has a thick elastic waistband. Laying flat, the waist is 13 inches. The skirt generously flares out, so the hip size is inconsequential. Length is 20.25 inches.
