Vintage & handmade, Peter Pan collar, puffy shoulder, long sleeve, cottagecore, prairie dress. No tags, but material feels like either a cotton &/or cotton/poly blend. There is no stretch. Pink floral pattern is VERY Liberty London Fabrics Fits like a XS, barely zips up on my sz6/S mannequin. Here are the approx measurements: Shoulders - 14" Chest - 17" Waist - 16" Length - 36" GUC! No visible flaws, all vintage items are sold as-is.
