Vintage Handmade Plaid Skirt Set

Green and Pink plaid on cream. Lightweight material, fabric has little to no stretch. Skirt has an elastic waistband, shirt has a zipper on the left side, puff sleeves, and a square neckline - both are unlined. Top has thin shoulder pads that can be cut off. Handmade by my grandma in the 2000s. Would fit XS-M, but has a tight head opening. Top length: 21" from shoulder Pit to pit: 15" Skirt length: 25" Waist: 12"-18.5"
