@machonacho3524 Thank You for your interest. This a large piece of fabric folded over at shoulders like poncho with side seams stitched. It measures 25 in across chest under arms and then straight down to 25 in again across waist. Length is 19 in measuring from back of neck to bottom of hem. Fabric is woven, no stretch.
