Vintage Handmade Pottery Serving Plate

According to the markings in the back this plate was handmade in 1985. That makes those beautiful flowers hand painted! The perfect size for serving dessert or a side at 11" diameter. I'm including the candle holder/dish at no extra cost. It isn't really worth anything but is pretty and I thought it may go nice with the dish.
