🇨🇦Vintage Handmade Québec Artisan Leather Belt in Camel – Modèle 30 (Rare 1970s)

A rare late 1970s Québec (purchased in Ste-Adèle) artisan–made leather belt, crafted in a small independent workshop where makers often used round stickers to mark modèle (model) # instead of stamped branding. This one still carries its handwritten “Modèle 30” sticker : a clear sign of small-batch craftsmanship. Made of genuine leather inside and out, it shows the quiet hallmarks of handwork: warm camel tone, a rounded leather-wrapped buckle & a smooth interior reinforced with a second strip of matching leather. Its clean, sculptural lines echo the understated belts sold in Québec boutiques of the late ’70s & early ’80s. Belts are back & artisan leather pieces are especially sought after. It pairs well with a black knit dress for a minimalist look, a crisp preppy shirt, or layered over a soft boho tunic. The camel color blends easily with neutral wardrobes, denim & warm seasonal textures.
