Vintage Handmade Skirt

Lovely vintage skirt. Good condition. Fits like a small. I did take measurements, so please reference those photos. The waist is tighter when not stretched out so I did stretch it lying flat by my tape measure and I would say this would stretch to a 14.5” so around 29” inch waist total.
