Vintage Handmade Studio Pittery Ashtray Maxwell Muir BC Canada

In good clean gently used pre-owned vintage condition with no cracks or chips. Measures 10" across x 1.5" deep. In the early 1960s, Maxwell-Muir taught art in the Burnaby school system and sold pottery through the Gallery of BC Arts. In the late 1960s he produced dinnerware for La Toundra Restaurant at Expo 67 and for the Vancouver International Airport (1968). He currently has a studio in Chinook, Washington.
