Vintage Handmade Tweed Dress

Unique tweed dress with pocket appliques and pleated skirt. The green is such a gorgeous rich colour. I believe the fabric is acrylic. Handmade by someone with excellent sewing skills. No stretch in fabric, please see measurements, would fit XS-S or even a child.
