Vintage Handmade Wrap Dress in blue/teal florals

This piece is so cute!! It’s a handmade item, though well constructed and no visible sewing flaws. Non-fray fabric that feels like a sturdy vintage knit (think fortrell/polyester type fabrics). The top has two belts that wrap around to the back and Velcro together. The only flaw is one dot on the front skirt that could be either a flaw in the fabric or a bleach dot (see pic of my finger pointing it out). I find it blends in though, and I only noticed it while I was taking close up photos of the pattern for this listing. Measurements are: - P2P: 19” - Waist: 19” - Hips: about 21” I always have issues with vintage armholes being too tight, but this item has nice big armholes so you shouldn’t have issues with that!
