Vintage Harmony Ball Bell on leather cord

This little Harmony ball is from a few decades ago when the big trend was to wear a Harmony Ball. It's very small, check photos. Tarnished. Needs a good polish. I don't want to wreck it, so it's being sold as is. I don't know what the Metal is. There's writing on it. I can't remember what it said, and I can't read it. The leather cord is the original that came with the Ball. You might want to condition it or replace it as it feels fragile from age. It still jingles!
