Vintage Harry Hall equestrian cap

vintage equestrian hat called "the Rutland" designed by Harry Hall. made in England. Approved to British Standards. Black velveteen with a ribbon on the back, and drawstring on inside. size is 6 3/4. not sure of the age. looks to be in pretty good pre loved condition, with a small spot on edge of the bill that is missing the velveteen, as seen in picture. probably fell off her horse. 🤷‍♀️
