Vintage Hat Shop Beau Chapeau Mad Cap Women's Brown Fabric Hat Hand Crafted Estate sale find. I had the fortunate opportunity to go to an estate sale where the lady who lived there collected hats. I have close to 100 hats; some are designer and some are handmade. Wonderful hat, fully lined, hand crafted with a decorative design. It measures approximately 23" on the inside rim.
