Vintage Hattie Carnegie cream coloured resin cameo with carving of a Lady with Birds. Has accents of pearl stations around cameo. Necklace chain in a double cable style measuring at 19" with a fold over clasp. Pendant is 2" in height and 1.5" in width. Not signed.
