Vintage Hattie Carnegie Cameo Necklace

Vintage Hattie Carnegie cream coloured resin cameo with carving of a Lady with Birds. Has accents of pearl stations around cameo. Necklace chain in a double cable style measuring at 19" with a fold over clasp. Pendant is 2" in height and 1.5" in width. Not signed. Mine has less wear on cameo. Last two photos are the Cameo brooch/ pendant by Hattie Carnegie that is signed for your comparison. Nice weight to this piece. In excellent condition.
