Vintage Havana Ruffled Women's Skirt distressed

Cute little skirt from the brand vintage Havana. I found a skirt online retailing for £55. This particular skirt came from movie and television wardrobe, and has been deliberately distressed by cutting the edges of the fabric, which in my opinion is a big improvement on the original look which was much longer and more finished Tagged a size large. The lay flat measurements are waist from 16 stretching to 22 inches and length of 12 inches. The skirt can be worn either out the waist for a very short micro mini look or on the hips as you choose.
