Vintage Heico Boxed Blue Stationery Set

24 envelopes, with some ribbons. 8 pieces of thick paper approximately the size of the envelopes 18 and a half sheets of thin letter-size paper 7 "Dream" papers Blue box with ornate floral design and ribbon hinge. Front edge of box is free from other edges. The paper and envelopes actually have a sort of pinstripe to them, almost like a watermark. "Bütten" is term for handmade paper with deckled edges. 10/30/40 presumably meaning Oct. 30th, 1940. "Dream" papers look like they are from somewhere else, the 90s perhaps.
