Vintage Henry Bequet Quaregnon Belgium Black and Gold Ceramic Vase

vintage vase by Belgian artist Henry Bequet from Quaregnon and stamped on the base ~ there is an embossed # which I think is 1407 beautiful black body hamdpainted with gold scrollwork and a beautiful muted colourful floral on the front ~ handles are also gold in fair vintage condition ~ there is one rough spot on the top lip that seems to have been chipped and repaired at some point ~ there are also a couple of paint chips along the lip, as well as a chip on the underside of the base (please see photos and video) measures approx 6.25" tall, approx 4" opening, approx 3" across base
