Woven Golden Brass Tissue Box Cover Holder Square Hollywood Regency Style True Vintage Mid Century.  Originally bought at Macy's department store. See photo of bottom of tissue holder with the original price sticker from Macy's Dimensions: 10 1/4" by 2 1/2" tall by 5"  Takes the rectangular short tissue box or if you don't have that size box, just put the tissues in.   This is a nice one, very elegant Basket weave design.  See the photos.  Lid just sits on, nice weight.
