With a demure sideways portrait on one side, the other side is blank. With a fairly large loop to the top. Size: 1.8 cm diameter. Perfect as a small individual pendant, or to wear on a charm bracelet. All my religious tokens are original vintage items (not reproductions) and will have age and handling-related wear, as they were carried and handled every day by the faithful.
