Vintage Hotta Yu Shoten Lusterware vase

Vintage Japanese hand painted Hotta Yu Shoten Lusterware wall pocket vase. Bird in tree with flowers is made using a Moriage technique of laying beads of porcelain prior to firing, creating a raised / textured enamel-like effect. In very good condition considering age (1930-50) 2 spots of ‘enamel’ have come off. See photo. Imperfection considered in price. Measures 7” tall x 4” wide x 2 3/4” deep. **stand not included**
