This vintage New Image skirt is in good vintage condition. It is a blend of 56% viscose and 44% polyester. The size tag is 14 and the lay flat measurements are as follows: length is 24 inches waist is 15 inches hips 21 inches I am listing this as a medium as being consistent with the measurements for modern sizing. vintage academia pencil
