Vintage Hungarian Women's Black Embroidered Vest & Skirt Outfit See Measurements Estate sale find. This came from an elderly woman's home in the Niagara Region and it belonged to her. The vest measures 22" across the back from underarm to underarm and 28 1/2" from shoulder to the hem at the back. The long skirt measures 17" across the front of the waist x 24" across the front at the hip area and 46" from the waist to the hem. Both pieces are fully lined.
