Vintage IBB Rhinestone Snowflake Necklace

This vintage necklace by IBB is made of a silver tone metal and has a c clasp closure. The pendant on the necklace is a 6-point snowflake that is covered in white/clear rhinestones on one side. The back is stamped IBB GF suggesting the piece is gold filled, but they must have filled it from the inside, because I can't see it.
