Vintage IKEA Encased Glass Bud Vase Ruby Red, Bulbous with Narrow Neck

A gorgeous vintage IKEA glass bud vase in which the interior compartment is white glass encased in the ruby red, a bit darker than cranberry. Such stunning color, perfect for the holidays but for any day that you want to see the color of life and prosperity. The shape is bulbous, the glass is thick, and the piece was produced in the 1990s--carries the original IKEA sticker at the bottom . It is in excellent vintage condition. There is a tiny production bubble as you can see in one of the photos but it does not affect the overall beauty of this piece.This vase has modern look that would fit into any midcentury modern home. Measures about 8-1/2" tall with a base is about 2" in diameter and the body closer to 4-1/2" in diameter. Weighs about 1.8 pounds. No chips nor cracks. Modern, elegant, beautiful red.
