Vintage I.Magnin 1940's Designer Strawberry Field Fascinator Hat Tea Cocktail

I. Magnin Absolutely amazing vintage 1940's RARE strawberry fields fascinator hat. This scrumptious vintage hat is a feast for the eyes! Festooned with wired textured strawberries and fabric leaves, some of the leaves are flocked. On a base of buckra, yellow roses and rose buds shape the crown. Can be worn tilted to the front, straight on, or on the back of the head perched on the crown. The Interior rim holds two brown removable hair clips to fasten the hat, they are each held by two black elastic loops which are in excellent condition. I. Magnin & Company was a San Francisco, California- based high fashion and specialty goods luxury department store. *In great condition. A few of the fruits are missing, leaving just the empty stems, only noticeable upon close inspection. The buckram base is doubled and in excellent condition! Colours still vibrant!
