ritscher67 @teleiadettieh Hello and thank you for your interest! it is a vintage cedar wood wall plate hanging made by Panorama Canada likely in the 70s no specific artist attributes. it is beautiful and has definite signs of age with scratches on surface consistent with age above the eagles head, on rim and and on back. hope this helps!
