Vintage industrial metal lunch box as seen on photographs of NYC workers sitting sky-highs on girders swaying over the city.
It is made of black metal with a great vintage appearance. It is a gorgeous dome-shaped lunch pail with beautifully distressed leather handle and distressed metal front clasps. Inside is a wire 'clip' to hold a thermos that sits on gold-tone metal.

They made various items, such as housewares like washtubs, baby bath tubs, oil stoves, cream cans, lanterns, metal lunch boxes, metal lanterns, etc.
The earliest lunchboxes had leather handles, as this one does.
Measures 10" long by 4 3/4" wide and sits 8" tall.
