Waist: 12” flat with elastic at back but only stretches about and inch more. Fits XS but tagged small. Rise: 12.5” zip and button. Hips: 21” Has pockets. Sheer linen, plan to wear shorts under. Inseam: 26” but also has 2” at the hem. Small hole noticed on inside leg when photographing. Has slight discolouration in some spots but seems natural to the material.
