Vintage Italian textured velvet coverlet

Vintage, possibly antique Queen sized velvet coverlet in rich colours. Heavy and substantial, almost like a carpet. Fabric is in excellent condition, and complex fringe is entirely present but has many thread pulls (please see photos). Measures 96” x 82” plus 4.5” fringe.
